Characteristics of PP honeycomb board

1、Low odor and VOC

Honeycomb holes and decorative panels are hot melt bonded to avoid the use of glue and other chemicals, reducing odor and VOC.

2、Light weight, high strength

Light weight, less than one-third of the weight of other decorative materials; high strength, can reach the strength of other decorative materials.

3、Low smoke, halogen-free

The use of non-halogen flame retardant, the fire produced small smoke.

4、Sound insulation and shock absorption

Honeycomb design, effective absorption of sound, blocking the sound transmission, has a good sound insulation effect.

5、Flame retardant

It meets the requirements of GB 8624-2006 Classification of Combustion Performance of Building Materials and Products and GB 8410-2006 Combustion Characteristics of Automobile Interior Materials.

6、Weather resistance

Functional additives are added into the polymer material, the performance is not affected under high temperature and high humidity, and it has anti-mold and anti-corrosion function.
